Open an .ifc file in your browser and actually edit it: properties and Psets in batch, delete elements, merge files, move and georeference the model, and download the modified IFC. Your files are never uploaded — everything runs on your machine.

Almost everything you find searching for "IFC online" is a viewer: it opens the model and lets you look at it, measure it and little else. An IFC editor changes the content of the file and gives you back a valid IFC you can push into your workflow. That is what Geoma does, and it is why it helps when a model arrives from another team with the data wrong and you don't want to — or can't — open Revit.
Change any property value from a spreadsheet-like table, create new properties and organise Psets (native, eCOB, manual, BaseQuantities).
Apply a property to hundreds of elements at once: by IFC type, by filter, by GUID list, or by whatever you select in the 3D viewer.
Remove elements without leaving dangling references or breaking the spatial structure, and check it in 3D before downloading.
Insert the content of one IFC into another, with schema detection and conversion when needed.
Translate, rotate and place the model in real UTM coordinates, honouring IfcMapConversion or the IfcSite placement.
Download the modified IFC, or take the data to CSV/Excel, the view to DXF and the issues to BCF.
The usual case: a model with 20,000 elements arrives and a control property — phase, contract, asset code, subsystem — must be filled in on every element of a type. By hand that is hours; in batch it is a filter, a value and apply. Geoma also validates the model against a required-property template in Excel, so you can see at a glance what is missing before you deliver.
If what you need is quantities (volumes, areas, lengths for every element), that lives in the automatic quantity take-off, ready for Excel.

Geoma does not model: it will not create a wall or reshape an element. It edits the data, the position and the composition of the model. If you need to redesign geometry, that belongs in your authoring tool; if you need to fix, complete, clean up or relocate an IFC that already exists, that is exactly this editor's job.
